Question Types
Question types are the building blocks of the survey questionnaire. Question types can be
combined with validation and format options to construct a wide-range of question styles.
For example a Fill-in-the-Blank question becomes a Numeric entry question when it is
combined
with numeric validation (see list of validations on following page). Question types can also be
displayed in multiple formats. For example a Choose One question can be displayed with radio
buttons, a dropdown box or a list box
