Maintenance and Support
Our team of certified engineers will be able to attend to all your support questions through phone, email, skype or on-site visits depending on the type of maintenance contract that you have with us.
Annual Maintenance and Support consists of the following services:
- Telephone and e-mail support during normal business hours (Singapore Time, Monday-Friday 9.00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays) for use by designated Licensee personnel for technical questions, fault reporting and provision of available workarounds;
- Software updates (error correction) and upgrade (enhancement) releases as they become available for general distribution, does not cover on-site upgrade;
- Advisory reports regarding error corrections, technical newsletters or other information pertinent to the use of the Programs as made available for general distribution.
